Requirements

• Introducing the use of the company's products via chat
• Answering questions and analyzing customer problems
• Investigate and solve problems that customers encounter from using the system. (Troubleshooting skills)
• Notify the development team in the event of a bug.
• Knowledge of basic coding (understanding the structure of code work)
• Coordinate with the system development team
• Knowledge of the system infrastructure will consider specially
• Working 5 days off, 2 days off (holidays will be rotated every 1 month)
