Responsibilities

• Responsible for gathering and analysis requirement.
• Prepare Business Requirements (User stories) to QA.
• Analyze APIs Spec for interface with other systems
• Create Document to support project (Data Dict., ERD,UML diagram ,SRS and User Manual)
• Analyst and solve the system issue
• Manage project and plan work schedule
• Support after Project Go Live analyzed and evaluate problems
• Have understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Work closely with the software development team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other similar fields
• At least 3 years experience in role of Business/System Analyst or Business Process Improvement
• Experience in developing business process maps and formal requirements documentation such as business requirements document (BRD), System Diagram, Sequence Diagram, System Flow, Function Specification Document, Detail Design Specification Document, Test Case for SIT and UAT, Training Document, User Manual
• Familiarity with few databases, like SQL, NoSQL, etc
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with more technical IT teams or related parties
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in the use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Self-motivated with good analytical, communication, organizing and problem-solving skills
